15. Do Not Sell My Personal Information (California Residents)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New Jersey.

You consent to exclusive jurisdiction in state or federal courts located in Essex County, New Jersey.

17. Recovery Fund Notice (Texas)

The Department maintains a Recovery Fund to reimburse certain actual out-of-pocket damages sustained by borrowers caused by licensed residential mortgage loan originators.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

No waiver of any provision shall be effective unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative.

19. No License

Nothing on this Site grants you a license to use Company trademarks, service marks, or logos without written permission.

20. Modifications

We may revise these Terms, change Site features, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of modifications.
